    A computer software system which can organize and which can simultaneously create documents and other contents is called a content management system. The short form of the term content management system is CMS.

In most of the cases; this content management system needs an assistance of special client software for editing and creating an article. There are various types of content management systems. A content management system was first developed at a content publishing organization.
