    What is Google Checkout?
    Google checkout is the process to make payments on-line. The basic aim for this service is to simplify for customers to pay on-line for their purchases. As people store their information of credit cards, debt cards and shipping informations, Google provide them protection and tracking the status of their purchases. This service is mainly for merchants who run their business online.
    Previously this service of Google was free for the merchants but after 2002 it charges from them. Google mainly concentrate on the one time payment made from purchaser to the merchant. It does not allow the payments from person to person. This makes controversies for Google checkout services.
