HTTP 501
HTTP 501 belongs to the 5xx class of directional codes. It is also known as ‘not implemented’. This error occurs when the server is not able to fulfill the request made by the user because it does not understand the request. HTTP 501 code also occurs when the web server does not have sufficient resources to support the proper functionality required to reach the requested URL. In any of the above mentioned cases, this is the right and valid response. This error usually occurs when some new method is used on older web servers.
